Healthy Kids Humboldt helps parents enroll their eligible children ages 0 through 19 in health insurance.
Our trained staff works with parents or legal guardians to help them with insurance paperwork for their kids. All of our services are FREE and confidential.
Healthy Kids Humboldt helps enroll kids in these insurance programs:
- Medi-Cal: Comprehensive coverage at no-cost to low income children
- Healthy Families: Comprehensive coverage at a low cost to low- and middle income children
- CalKids: Limited coverage at a low cost to low- and middle-income children not eligible for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families. CalKids is available to children, regardless of where they were born.
Depending on your family income, your kids can be enrolled in one of these programs. If you've tried to get insurance in the past, and have been denied, call us again. We will help you.
